
I am proud to introduce the "Sun Tzu"!
In keeping with the American Fusion Cuisine motif I have infused the best of various worlds to come up with one of the yummiest tasting dishes ever.
We start off with a Spinach Tortilla for the base of our sandwich/wrap, but you can use flour or wheat tortilla if you like, we even substitute with hoagie and sub rolls here in the restaurant.
Once you have settled on your base, add a slight glaze of sriracha sauce to it, we usually paint some on with a brush, this adds just enough to accent the flavor of your base without making it too spicy.
Next we add our signature Teriyaki Chicken, our chicken is slow cooked for 4 hours and is melt in your mouth tender and succulent.
We then add fresh cut onions and bell peppers, and when I say fresh cut, I mean just that, we cut all of our produce at the time the sandwich, wrap, burrito, quesadilla, etc . . . is made, this insures the freshest tasting produce for the highest caliber pallets.
Then we squirt the Sriracha sauce over the meat, onions and peppers, this is done to customers taste, but I prefer a moderate to large squirt for an extra samurai spice kick.
Nothing left to do now but bite into it and enjoy the flavor fusion!
